Käyttöehdot

Näitä käyttöehtoja ("Käyttöehdot") sovelletaan, kun käyttäjänä kirjaudut app.eduhouse.fi -palveluumme ("Palvelu"). Käyttämällä Palvelua sitoudut noudattamaan näitä käyttöehtoja. 

Palvelun käyttö ja käyttöoikeudet

Saamasi käyttöoikeus palveluun on henkilökohtainen. Et saa jakaa tunnuksia muille osapuolille.

Voimme oman harkintamme mukaan rajoittaa sinun tai tilaajaorganisaatiosi pääsyä Palveluun kokonaan tai osittain mistä tahansa syystä ilman erillistä ilmoitusta ja niin pitkäksi aikaa kuin se on tarpeen, erityisesti jos havaitsemme, että rikot tai joku tilaajaorganisaatiostasi rikkoo näitä käyttöehtoja, tietosuojakäytäntöämme tai toimii muutoin lainvastaisesti.

Immateriaalioikeudet

Kaikki oikeudet Palveluun ja sen sisältöihin ("Sisältö") kuuluvat meille, tytäryhtiöillemme tai kolmansille osapuolille ja annamme sinulle vain oikeuden käyttää niitä oman osaamisesi kehittämiseen. Et saa kopioida, siirtää tai jaella Palvelun sisältöä tai niiden osaa missään muodossa muuten kuin Palvelun ominaisuuksien sallimassa laajuudessa. Palvelun luvaton jäljentäminen, mukauttaminen, takaisinmallintaminen tai muuttaminen on kiellettyä.

Emme anna sinulle oikeutta käyttää yhtiöidemme tai Palvelun toiminimiä, logoja, domain-nimiä tai muita brändiin liittyviä nimiä tai tunnisteita.

Palvelun sisällöt ja palvelutaso

Meillä on oikeus tehdä toimialallemme tyypillisiä muutoksia Palveluumme ja sen Sisältöihin. Meillä on oikeus harkintamme mukaan peruuttaa, siirtää tai poistaa koulutuksia koulutustarjonnastamme. 

Pyrimme pitämään Palvelun jatkuvasti käytettävissä, mutta voimme keskeyttää Palvelun käytön tai muuttaa Palvelun sisältöä, saatavuutta ja sen muita ominaisuuksia aina, kun näemme sen tarpeelliseksi. 

Emme voi taata sitä, että Palvelu toimii häiriöttä tai keskeytyksettömästi. Emme vastaa sinulle mahdollisesta tietojen menetyksestä, katoamisesta tai tuhoutumisesta johtuvista vahingoista. Emme voi myöskään vaikuttaa siihen, miten  tietoliikenne- ja internetyhteyden tarjoava taho tai muu palvelun käyttöön vaikuttava kolmas taho tuottaa oman palvelunsa. Tiedotamme mahdollisista  huolto- ja ylläpitokatkoista mahdollisimman hyvissä ajoin etukäteen.  Pyrimme aina korjaamaan vian tai häiriön mahdollisimman pian.

Emme myöskään pysty tarkistamaan kaikkea Palvelun piiriin kuuluvan Sisällön oikeellisuutta tai ajantasaisuutta emmekä kykene arvioimaan palvelun sopivuutta sinun käyttötarkoituksiisi. Emme vastaa Palvelussa esitettyjen tai sen kautta saavutettavien tietojen ja sisältöjen oikeellisuudesta tai luotettavuudesta ja suljemme nimenomaisesti pois takuut palvelussa annettujen tietojen virheettömyydestä ja sopivuudesta tiettyyn tarkoitukseen. Pyrimme parhaamme mukaan korjaamaan palvelussa tai sen sisällöissä ilmenneet virheet välittömästi niiden tultua tietoomme.

Kaikissa tilanteissa vastuumme sinulle rajoittuu välittömiin vahinkoihin. Emme vastaa mistään välillisistä vahingoista.

Muutokset

Saatamme päivittää näitä Käyttöehtoja.  Muutokset astuvat voimaan heti julkaistuamme ne näillä sivuilla.

These Terms of Service ("Terms of Use") are applied, when you sign up to app.eduhouse.fi service. By using the service ("Service"), you accept the Terms of Use. As regards the use of the service, these Terms of Use constitute a binding agreement between you and our company Eduhouse Oy.

We have right at our own discretion restrict your or your organization’s access to the Service in full or in part for any reason with or without notice and as for as long as necessary, but in particular if we discover that you violate these Terms of Use or act in an unlawful manner. 

Intellectual Property Rights

This Service and its content ("Content") has been developed by us, and all related rights belong to us, to our affiliates or third parties. Unauthorized reproduction, adaptation, reverse engineering, or modification is prohibited. 

All the rights to the Service and its Content, like online course materials, belong to us. We grant  you the right to use the Service only for non-commercial purposes (personal learning and studying). We do not grant any other usage rights to you. You do not have right to copy, transfer or distribute the Content or parts of it in any form, except for saving and downloading Content to your end-device. When you use Content, please refer to the author of original work (e.g. instructor’s name) and mention the source.

Our Service and its Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Nothing gives you a right to use our or our affiliate companies' name or any of our trademarks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features.

Service Level

We are entitled to unilaterally make ongoing changes and updates to the Content, scope, productization and technical features of the Service without prior notice. For example we can, at our discretion, remove, interrupt, cancel or postpone any courses available at the Service. 

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service operational.  However, we cannot guarantee you uninterrupted use or control how the provider of telecom and internet access or any other third party affecting the use of Service provide their own service. We have the right to suspend the provision of the Service for any reason, such as due to installation, modification or maintenance work, a security threat or authorities’ requirements.  If we need to limit the use of Service for technical reasons, we seek to inform you of such suspension on a timely basis and ensure that the necessary technical maintenance and other such measures are carried out promptly. 

You use the Service at your own discretion and risk. We do not give any warranties that Content is free of errors or that the information provided in the Service is suitable for any specific purpose. We are not liable for any disruption or loss that you may suffer as a result.  We are not responsible for any costs, losses or damages that may arise from the alteration, interruption or termination of the Service or its Content. We are either not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the loss, destruction or mutation of data, unless otherwise stated in the privacy policy.We strive to promptly correct any errors in the Service or its Content as soon as they come to our attention.

Our liability in all cases is limited to direct costs. We are not liable to you for indirect damages, such as lost revenue or profit, or damaged reputation. 

Other terms

These Terms of Use are governed by Finnish law, except for its choice of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to the use and terms of use shall be submitted to the Helsinki District Court for resolution.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use. Changes will become effective upon their publication on this page. By continuing to use the Service, you accept the changes.
