You must only access, process and store the personal and GDPR data that is necessary for the performance of your contract and the provision of your services to Eduhouse.

You must use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the personal and GDPR data from unauthorized or unlawful access, use, alteration, loss or destruction.

You must report any actual or suspected data breach or security incident involving the personal or GDPR data to Eduhouse as soon as possible and cooperate with Eduhouse to resolve the issue

You must delete or return all personal and GDPR data to Eduhouse upon the termination or expiration of your contract or upon the request of Eduhouse

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal and GDPR data, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
